Through in-depth communication with the client, we gained a thorough understanding of their needs. Drawing on practical insights, we provided recommendations and tailored a suitable marketing and promotion plan. This included crafting and promoting content on popular social media platforms such as Little Red Book, Instagram, Facebook, redesigning and developing the client’s website, positioning and promoting their brand effectively, and utilizing database development, such as using Mailchimp for customer outreach.
Exclusive Small Gifts
These marketing efforts successfully captured the interest of both new and existing customers, driving an increase in demand for dining in-person. In addition to these strategies, we suggested the implementation of a marketing plan that introduced a “Black Gold Card” and personalized exclusive small gifts to reward high-quality customers. This approach aimed to attract and retain customers, enhance loyalty, increase repeat business, and foster interaction and positive word-of-mouth.
