Masuya

Masuya Restaurant is located in a building, which has been designated as a cultural asset, on O’Connell Street in Sydney.

Masuya is a high-quality, authentic, and well-established Japanese cuisine restaurant. However, facing intense market competition and lacking effective promotion and innovation, the business was struggling, and they were eager for a change and increased exposure. To achieve this goal, they decided to collaborate with us. The BOM Creation creative team, understanding Masuya’s current situation, devised a marketing and promotion plan that aligned with the restaurant’s present conditions, fundamentally improving their operations. Starting with Masuya’s unique characteristics, we recommended a repositioning of their personal brand and innovations to the menu. Leveraging popular social media platforms, we promoted the new brand philosophy. Through sharing and spreading, Masuya reached a broader audience, attracting more consumers. A well-designed website is crucial for brand elevation and business development. Through video and text promotions, customers could experience Masuya’s innovation and sincerity towards cuisine visually and emotionally.

The Little Red Book

In addition, essential features such as online reservation services, customer feedback collection areas, and the inclusion of Mailchimp allowed customers to express their thoughts freely, share dining experiences, receive timely updates from the restaurant, and provide suggestions. BOM Creation’s precise positioning of Masuya and the creation of personalized content sparked a strong interest among potential consumers, encouraging them to frequent Masuya.

Our achievements

This collaboration not only helped Masuya establish a firm foothold in the competitive market but also created broader opportunities for development. Successfully conveying their strengths to a wider audience, Masuya achieved a qualitative leap, standing out in the fiercely competitive market.
